Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may request a return and refund.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Policy.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with:
- Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights
- the applicable provisions of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act
To exercise this right, the customer must contact us before returning the product.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be unused
- be undamaged
- be returned in its original packaging
- include all parts and accessories
The product may be handled only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. Any excessive use may result in a reduced refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of justified claims involving defective or damaged products.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use, damage, or is not returned in complete condition.
5. Defective Products
If a product is defective or damaged, the customer is entitled to a replacement or a full refund.
In such cases, return shipping costs are covered by the merchant.
